1.Unlimited Exchange & Return Conditions
1.1 Eligibility for Exchange/Return
- Products can be exchanged or returned provided that the original packaging remains intact and undamaged. (Note: Chinese import tariffs and return/exchange freight fees shall be borne by the customer.)
- Products can be exchanged or returned if the received item does not match your order (e.g., wrong model, defective appearance) and the original packaging is in good condition. (Freight fees shall be borne by CTorque.)
- Products that fail to operate normally due to inherent quality defects, confirmed by our technical inspection. (Freight fees shall be borne by CTorque.)
1.2 Refund Processing
- For return requests: We will contact you to arrange the refund within 5 business days upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
2.Chargeable Service (Freight Fees Borne by Customer)
The product warranty will be void under the following circumstances, and all related costs (e.g., repair, replacement, freight) shall be borne by the customer:
- Damage caused by improper operation or misuse (e.g., incorrect use of glue, unauthorized modification of the flight controller).
- Damage resulting from incorrect assembly.
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product by the customer.
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
